National organisations and businesses

nullMany national organisations and businesses have already pledged to be more child friendly and support young people to be healthy, happy, heard, safe and skilled. Actions so far taken by our charity friends include: 

  • Barclays offering free virtual Boosting Employability sessions to all young people across the county delivered by Barclays Digital Eagles. They have welcomed over 600 attendees to date
  • Morrisons donating over 50 bags of food for care leavers for our Care Experienced Celebration event and supporting Norma's Christmas Hampers for Care Leavers in 2022
  • Everyone Active offering free memberships to children in care and care experienced young people
  • Cornerstone Partnership donating an amazing 130 gifts for care experienced young people, as well as other vulnerable children and young people across the county in December 2022
